Intern ВТБ РОСТ in Structured Products Desk (Trading)

We suggest a full-time Moscow-based position at a Structured Products Desk within VTB Global Markets. Our team originates, structures, prices and executes a full range of structured products for retail and institutional clients. The position provides a unique opportunity to get a broad experience over various asset classes and financial instruments.

Key responsibilities:

• Trade booking and reconciliation
• Preparation of regular and ad-hoc reports (P&L, risk, products performance, etc.)
• Development and optimization of new and existing desk tools (pricers, reports, etc.)
• Participation in investment ideas generation process and new products design
• Pricing of client flow products

Requirements:

Basic:

• A Master student or a recent graduate from a top-tier university with a strong quantitative background (mathematics, physics, engineering or finance/economics with a solid mathematical foundation)
• Understanding of primary financial mathematics concepts and derivatives pricing
• Internship or work experience within investment industry (6+ months)
• Keen interest in financial markets, trading and investment industry
• Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of Excel and VBA
• Fluent English

Desirable:

• Formal programming skills and experience in any modern language
• Advanced knowledge of derivatives and familiarity with structured products types
