Description

The servicies provided by Department:

  • Financial due diligence;
  • Divestment services - vendor due diligence;
  • Tax due diligence & tax structuring;
  • Post deal services;
  • Due diligence assistance for IPO (e.g. LFR, WCR, SFR, etc preparation).

Successful candidate profile:

  • Strong academics: university degree, preferably science or economics, graduation: 2015-2019 bachelor's or master's degree;
  • Basic knowledge of financial reporting, corporate finance, business evaluation;
  • Ability to operate in multitask environment;
  • Strong presentation skills;
  • Ability to work full-time (part-time for interns);
  • Availability for overtime work and tough deadlines;
  • Business writing skills (both in Russia and in English);
  • Russian – fluent, English – upper-intermediate.

You will participate in the following activities (with the different levels of involvement):

  • Conduct consulting services to acquirers and sellers for both local & international;
  • Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) transactions;
  • Review of financial projection models and compare with historical results;
  • Participate in client meetings and site visits and interact with clients to gather information;
  • Use various software tools as designated by the firm Interact with the other practices of the Transaction departments including M&A, Global Capital Markets, Project Finance, Business Valuation& Strategy and coordination of working in cross line-of-service teams.
