Legal practice provides legal support for low-cap/mid-cap M&A projects (both domestic and international acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures), restructuring and reorganizations, provide advice on corporate management structures, international holding structures, consult clients on general issues.
Responsibilities
Managing the following project assignments:
Legal consulting of the Clients on various issues of corporate and commercial law
Legal due diligence,
Transaction support and restructuring
Legal support for IPO
Communication with clients and maintaining successful client relationships
Coaching and performance management of junior staff
Monitoring quality of services and advice
Participation in marketing activities of the department
To fill the role a candidate is expected to meet the following requirements:
Higher education
At least 3 years of experience in Big4 or reputable law firm
Experience of managing small teams (preferably in consulting)
Proven experience in corporate/M&A, including drafting transaction documents and negotiation support
Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law
LLM/JD is an advantage
Fluent English and Russian for working with clients and documentation
Strong communication skills
