M&A Associate

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analysis of M&A opportunities
• Active origination work
• M&A projects execution from initiation to deal signing/closing
  • Preparation of pitches, marketing materials (teasers, IMs), presentations
  • Valuation and financial modelling
  • Due diligence support
  • Transaction documents

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Higher Education in Economics or Finance in the top Russian universities (HSE, NES, MSU, FA, MGIMO are preferred)
• Excellent analytical skills
• Negotiations skills
• Fluent English
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word

LIKELY / NECESSARY EXPERIENTIAL BACKGROUND:

• Over 3-4 years of experience in M&A or valuation departments in BIG4 companies, investment banks or M&A boutiques

• Strong analytical, writing and communication skills
