Responsibilities:

Participation in Due Diligence and transactional work on M&A, PE&VC, Real Estate transactions.

What we are looking for:

• Higher education (law) from leading Russian universities;
• Post-graduate degree/qualification with a foreign university is an advantage;
• Strong knowledge of Russian Civil Law;
• Basic knowledge of English contract law is an advantage
• Working experience with Russian law firm, BIG4, investment fund in such practice areas as Corporate/M&A, Real Estate, IP and Digital Technology;
• We also consider candidates having experience in Real Estate and/or Intellectual Property
• Fluent English and good level of drafting skills in both Russian and English;
• Strong sense of responsibility for the result.
