Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Marketing.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Russian fluently and idiomatically.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience delivering marketing goals, working on multiple projects simultaneously in an ever-changing environment.
  • Experience presenting to management and external audiences to influence outcomes.
  • Experience analyzing data, and using statistical knowledge with quantitative modeling experience.
  • Knowledge of online advertising ecosystem both in Russia and in the EMEA region.
  • Excellent organizational and cross-functional management skills, and attention to detail.

This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.

These marketing campaigns will involve implementing best practice marketing strategies and engaging our audiences with relevant and clear communications.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead product marketing strategy across the entire process, from awareness to comprehension, trial, usage, and retention.
  • Build and execute marketing programs in collaboration with global and regional teams.
  • Perform market research and quantitative analyses to discover customer insights. Conduct business analysis and other analytical activities to support Marketing strategy.
  • Support executive communication within Marketing and to other cross-functional teams.
  • Work with a group of stakeholders across local, regional, and global teams.
