Senior Officer FXMM & Derivatives processing desk

Responsibilities: Ensuring that all financial and other relevant data related to transactions of the Financial Markets Division is captured and verified in the In-house systems in a timely and efficient manner; Provide financial data flow to the Financial Markets and Financial Divisions; Executes approved payments according to standard or confirmed payment instructions; Check deal tickets for their correctness and completeness, including authorisation of products and counterparties; Confirm transactions with counterparties, and confirmation matching; Makes neccesary arrangements for settlements; Monitors the timely receipt of principal amounts, interest and fees, ensures all related investigations are being performed, claims are being sent to the counterparties and penalties are received; Ensures that transactions are entered into In-house systems on the day they ocurred. If transactions are done after approved cut-off time for the Back Office, ensure all transactions are recorded in the Overnight Ticket Register, signed off by the management, and entered into Internet the following business day and performs the further and proper actions for deal support; Controls and ensures the compliance of the positions held by the Bank and the Bank`s Customers managed by Financial Markets division in all types of the assets between internal and external sources of information. End-of-day reconciliation; Broker s companies invoices reconciliation; Monitors and tests Bank s systems in order to eliminate existing /new problems and to develop functionality; Continuous monitoring the changes in legislation and banking regulations; Participates in process optimisation projects and assist with set up of new products. Requirements: 3+ years within the International or Russian bank in corresponding area; Active life approaches, ability to operate effectively in multitask, stressful environment; Good communication skills; Fluent English.
