Principal responsibilities:

• deal process execution, management of analysts’ work;
• providing complex analysis of companies and industry research;
• building complicated financial models, valuing businesses and credit analysis;
• preparation of info memos and presentations for the meetings;
• interacting with Bank’s departments as a part of deal process;
• participation at the meetings / calls with the clients, consultants, auditors, stock exchange etc.
• conduct due diligence process.

Competencies and Qualifications:

• degree in economics or finance;
• at least 4 years work experience in PE, leading Western and Russian investment banks / in M&A and Valuation departments at BIG4;
• expertise in 3+ industries (Consumer, Healthcare and Pharma industries would be an advantage);
• fluent oral and written English is a must (including financial and business English);
• knowledge of financial mathematics, corporate finance and financial analysis;
• understanding IFRS and RAS;
• strong financial modelling and valuation skills;
• investment and credit product knowledge;
• experience in closing M&A transactions, IPO and other investment and loan financing deals;
• CFA certificate is a plus;
• MBA or advanced Master Degree is a plus.
