Chief Financial Officer (TOP Russian Private Equity Fund)

Responsibilities: Drive all aspects of the finance function within an expanding emerging market with an innovative and creative approach. Oversee the financial management of all strategic and operational aspects of the company and to provide strategic and financial guidance to ensure that financial commitments are met Ensure full integrity of all aspects of the financial information reported both locally and to Group headquarters. Detailing financial performance against budgets and other key metrics Ownership and responsibility for developing operating budgets and delivery of cost effectiveness and profitability. Key focus on cash flow management and measuring ROSF across various development projects. Maintain strong working relationships with banks, external and internal auditors. Ensure timely escalation and proper communication to CEO and Group Management. Ensure compliance with all legal and taxation issues. Requirements: Master s degree in Finance or Accounting CPA qualifications At least 10 years of proven track record of building up and leading the finance and accounting function at well-established Retail companies; ideally with early career at the Big 4 Accounting Firms Hands-on role with a genuine interest and ability to understand the Private Equity business and quick to interpret numbers. Prior work experience within FMCG & Retail company is preferred, but not essential
