Team Description
The team is part of the Treasury Services Financial Institutions Group team based in Moscow (Russia). We cover Banks, Broker Dealers and Public Sector entities across Russia and CIS. Responsibilities include managing existing client relationships, building new business and penetrating new clients with various TS products. The team works closely with the Global Corporate Bank to manage bank-wide client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for growing revenue, profitability and developing client relationships
Act as Treasury Sales Manager (TSM) in the relationship management of existing clients
Prepare proposals and presentations for existing clients and prospective customers
End-to-end service delivery to clients including on-boarding and implementation
KYC/AML responsibilities including KYC renewals and management of the compliance enquiry process with clients
Analysis of client activity versus expectations, monitor client performance and provide business reporting
Partner with Client Service, Compliance, Credit, Legal, Operations, Product, Risk and other functions including Senior Bankers to optimize product and service delivery to clients
Experience and Skills Required:
Thorough knowledge of transaction services offerings, market and client base
Strong interpersonal skills and sales experience in Financial Services of at least one year
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Organized and disciplined with the ability to handle multiple priorities and to act with own initiative
Ambition, drive and a "can-do" attitude with focus on delivery and execution
Proficiency in MS Office suite of applications (particularly Power Point, PitchPro and Excel) and Sharepoint
Fluent in Russian and English
