Corporate Finance Consultant /Senior Consultant at OKS LABS

OKS LABS is a consulting business launched more than a year ago by OKS Group, a leading media and technology focused investment holding. We work in collaboration with media conglomerate dentsu as well as with other OKS Group members – digital services and start-ups – to build a unique offer for our clients based on eCom, MarTech, SalesTech, and AdTech solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Analysis and structuring of large volumes of data from various sources, including clients’ files
• Conducting market overviews
• Financial modelling
• Preparation of PPT presentations
• Usage of three methods of value analysis
• Independent communications with clients regarding data collection and interpretation
• Setting up tasks for consultants and interns, coordination and quality control of their work
• Assisting in business development

Our ideal candidate has:

• Degree in economics, finance or natural science
• Fundamental knowledge of corporate finance, business valuation, accounting and economic theory
• 2+ years of experience in corporate finance (business valuation / investment projects analysis / business plan preparation / financing of legal entities). Candidates with less than 2 years’ experience can be considered for the position of Consultant
• Financial modelling skills in Excel, proficiency in PPT
• Experience in market research and data systematization
• Proficiency in English: both written and oral
• Good communication skills and ability to work in agile corporate environment
• Ability to multitask and willingness to learn
• Desire to grow as a corporate finance and consulting expert

Advantage will be given to the candidates who have:

• CFA, AFM and other relevant types of certifications
• Diploma of the leading university (MSU, HSE, NES, MIPT, MGIMO, FU)
• Big4 background
