Key responsibilities:

• • Provide support to Sales team in coming up with solutions tailored for clients’ commodity financing needs and explaining these to clients
  • Provide day-to-day support to Commodities Structuring team in particular with preparation for Deal Approval, Credit, and Market Risk committees
  • Prepare transaction term sheets for physical prepayment, deferred payment, and commodity repo deals
  • Participate in drafting the hedging approach to commodity repo deals
  • Interact with Risks, Finance, Legal, Tax and other relevant departments to obtain internal approvals of commodity transactions
  • Participate in negotiation and execution of deal documentation

Qualifications required:

• • Technical background
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in banking, finance or commodity industry (both would be a plus)
  • Understanding of options pricing theory (optional but a plus)
  • Fluent English and Russian
  • Self-driven and enthusiastic
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Bloomberg (optional) and Murex (optional)
• Education: Bachelor/Master degree equivalent in economics, finance, mathematics or engineering
