Corporate Sales desk is looking for an experienced professional to focus on structured solutions for conglomerates, holding groups and family offices. The franchise of our desk covers FX, rates and structured equity solutions, with close cooperation with sister products, e.g. cash equities, commodities.
Key objectives of the new hire would include diversification of our deal types and expansion of our client base, partly jointly with our coverage department and our private banking business.
The role would comprise direct client contact as well as work with our internal coverage partners to pitch our product offering: structured equity (financing, EQD), asset-side structured products (short-term e.g. reverse convertibles and potentially long-term products), FX and IR.
In parallel to key client base, the position would include promotion of equity structured solutions to conventional corp base.
We would also expect the new joining colleagues to coordinate efforts to promote GM products internally.
Relevant focus on either sector (conglomerates, FOs, UHNWI) and/or structured products is key.
An experience of 5-10 years with a bulge bracket/top local bank (VTB Capital, Alfa); we would also consider candidates from top brokerage houses (BCS, RenCap, Sova, Aton) and private banking businesses.
