Financial controller / Финансовый контролер

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the accounting function of a russian subsidiary of Mighty Buildings;
• Ensuring that accounting records are kept appropriately and comply with accounting standards;
• Сoordinating with the US office in the consolidation of financial statements on a monthly basis;
• Coordinating and directing the preparation of the quarterly budgets, monitoring of budget execution;
• Streamlining and improving accounting systems and operations in a “flat structure”;
• Research and analysis of ERP systems, involvement in work with integrators and consultants.

Requirements:

• Higher education in Accounting, Finance or Economics; 
• Work experience as an accountant or a controller for at least 3-5 years;
• Work experience with the US consultants, contractors, vendors;
• Knowledge of English at a level not lower than Upper-Intermediate;
• Knowledge and understanding of the basics of Russian Accounting Standards and US GAAP;
• CPA, CMA, or CFA certificate will be an advantage;
• Experience in the construction or manufacturing industries will be an advantage;
• Experience in startup companies will be an advantage.
