Fixed Income Sales Trader

They are looking for a candidate with: University degree in finance or related field 3+ years of relevant industry experience and minimum 2 years of management experience Fluency in Russian and English The main responsibilities are : Developing Fixed Income Sales Business strategy for the firm; Building effective relationships with international and domestic clients of the firm; Attracting new buy-side clients (internationally and regionally) by reaching out to existing network and also by building new relationships; Servicing buy-side clients during bond trades; Expanding the network of liquidity providers by tapping into existing network and also by building new relationships Working with the research team on drafting new client pitches
