Investment Banking Analyst 

Aquila Capital Group is one of the leading investment banking firms in the Russian market. ACG acted as a financial advisor in more than 50 successfully completed transactions with total value of over US$ 13 billion.

The firm also focuses on private equity investments. Within this line of business ACG is involved in management of project companies, strategy development, fundraising, setting up JVs, operational transformations and other activities to maximize efficiency and market value.

Functions:

• Gathering information and performing market and company research
• Building detailed financial models
• Drafting of analytical presentations and investment memos
• Participation in due diligence process
• Participation in the management and oversight of project companies

Key requirements:

• Higher education in Economics/Mathematics/Physics at a top-tier university (HSE, NES, MSU, MIPT, MGIMO)
• At least 1-3 years of experience in corporate finance (preferably investment banking/private equity or Big 4 transaction services firms)
• Sound understanding of corporate finance and financial reporting (IFRS and RAS)
• Experience in building financial models and performing valuation analysis
• Solid numerical and analytical skills
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent English (both oral and written)
• Participation in the CFA program is an advantage
