M&A Project Director (Oil & Gas Upstream)

Objectives

• Building and maintaining solid business relationships with oil & gas companies.
• Development of business cases and generating new business development ideas.
• Participation in development of corporate strategy for asset portfolio management.
• Launch and management of the projects related to assets acquisition, engaging partners into the company’s assets, creating technology partnerships.
• Coordination of deals structuring and preparation of legal documentation, project risks identification and mitigation.
• Presentation of projects at the corporate top management level.

Expectations

• At least 7 years of experience in M&A projects management in industrial companies and/or investment banking business.
• Experience in oil & gas industry, general understanding of domestic and international oil & gas market.
• Participation in establishment of Joint Ventures would be an important advantage.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience, including management of cross-functional teams.
• Negotiation experience at the top management level.
• Proficiency in English.
• High mobility and availability for business trips.
• Ability to achieve assigned goals in the environment of tight deadlines and multitasking.
