Senior Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Research, analyze and evaluate opportunities within the designated sector (sometimes we scrutinize targets not only in tech industry but in brick-and-mortar space as well)
• Build and develop complex financial models to help evaluate investment opportunities (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions)
• Draft analytical presentations
• Assist with the overall deal execution, including participation in the due diligence process
• Liaise with auditors, professional advisors (financial, legal etc.) and other third parties
• Support team members in management and oversight of portfolio companies
• Perform various ad-hoc tasks from senior colleagues

Requirements:

• Top academic performer with a degree in Economics / Mathematics / Physics from a reputable university
• Two to three years of experience in corporate finance, private equity or investment banking is preferred
• Superior understanding of financial reporting, corporate finance and valuation
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills: the ability to build financial models / construct complex formulas / build charts / communicate and visualize ideas in a structured way is a must
• High level of numerical proficiency, attention to detail, ability to interpret data and make appropriate recommendations
• Deep commercial awareness and business judgment, intellectual curiosity
• High level of motivation, conscientiousness, energy and enthusiasm
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Readiness to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
