General requirements:

• Higher education (in finance/economics/maths)• 2 years of experience in Customer Service / OnBoarding in Top-tier stock Broker, Bank• Interview is in English so good language skills both oral and written is a must.

• Good grasp of Brokerage and Depository operations, trade flow, Taxes and fees• Deep understanding of Russian financial markets, MOEX Services• Understanding of Clients needs in different areas especially HNWI services and Corporates• Knowledge of relevant Securities legislation of the RF

The following would be an advantage or will be required straight after employment:

- FFMS qualification certificate 1.0, 4.0- Sales Force experienced user- Quik, backQort advanced user

• Strong communication skills both written and oral, with ability to manage clients expectations and demands• Good stakeholder management and negotiation skills;• Strong organization skills to track and ensure the closure of critical tasks on time;• Problem solving and time management skills;• Get the job done independently with strong attention to accuracy and details;

Personal qualities: enthusiasm, strong will and sense of initiative. Ability to maintain confidence and composure in challenging situations. Desire to pursue a career path in Client Relations.

Job description:

show excellence in basic customer service function which includes:

  • processing and preparation clients orders and agreements execution incl. digital signatures;
  • handling queries on depo and brokerage reports and orders;
  • managing mass-mailing notices;
  • clients meetings and consultations for fees, products and services, various accounts setups;
  • tax queries and clarifications;
  • good operation of CRM systems and ability to get to the nutshell in subject;
  • support of clients’ transactions including IPO paperwork, clients’ side execution control;
  • keep strong relations with the BCS units involved Into provision of customer service / product to the end client;
  • give a strategic insight and advice to various lines of business and directly manage the expectations of the internal stakeholders.
