Assistant Manager / Manager with Strategy&Operational team (Financial sector, Corporate Credit block)

You will be working with top-tier Banks on projects, related to design of corporate credit process, including optimizing of methodology, shortening of process time coupled with increasing of the process transparency, portfolio quality improvement, etc. Education and experience: High education (Russian or equivalent) preferably in Economics, Finance or Business Administration 5+ years of work experience with Mid&Large Corporate Credit process in a bank (preferably from top-40, on managerial position) and / or consulting Work experience in management consulting is an advantage Knowledge and technical skills: Advanced report writing skills Strong knowledge and working experience with PC Russian as a native/fluent, English advanced/fluent (both oral and written) Soft skills: Strong communication skills Proven people and project management skills Ability to operate in multitask environment Business writing skills (both in Russia and in English) Other requirements: Availability for overtime work and tough deadlines Willingness to travel (Russia and abroad)
