The Finance Director in Russia Requirements: Degree in economics or accounting, finance Diploma of the professional accountant; additional education, certification At least 5 years of work experience on Chief accountant position Knowledge of standards of financial and accounting and the reporting of RSA and IFRS English upper-intermediate level Experience of a management of accounting staff. Attention to detail, analyze information, highly organized, time management, manage multiple priorities, display problem solving skills Proficient in Excel SAP knowledge is a must Responsibilities: Responsible for all accounting activities both directly and indirectly managed. Implements and follows the Corporate Accounting Guidelines and Policies. Primary resource and contact to solve accounting related issues. Responsible for preparing Balance Sheet and Profit Loss Statements Responsible for preparing monthly Reporting Package according to Corporate Guidelines Reconciles sub-ledgers with general ledger Prepares, analyzes and coordinates account reconciliations for balance sheet accounts Management of accounting staff (4 person) Complies with federal, state and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating future legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing financial reports; advising management on needed actions Responsible for all tax related activities Improvement of automation of system of financial accounting and reporting Terms: Attractive salary+bonusSocial package
