Brief Description:
Support IT BUs in day-to-day financial activities to ensure business continuity
Main Responsibilities:
Full Procurement support for IT Department;
Control of contracts execution
Control and approval of Purchase Orders and Contracts creation in ARIBA;
Timely and accurate Finance documents processing in ARIBA
Project financial flow management- submission and control of invoice payment process
Internal policies compliance control
Corporate mobile phone support
Project data bases handling
Daily administrative support for employees and customers
Qualifications required:
English, Upper Intermediate (at least)
MS Office, Advanced user.
Excel. Advanced user (formulas, pivots, macros etc)
Finance. General knowledge of finance reporting and accounting
Terms & Conditions:
Contract for few months
