Principal Responsibilities: Working as part of the Finance team within the scope of compensation accounting/reporting and having following major functional: Prepare data for month-end closes and accounts reconciliation reporting in accordance with RAS and IFRS Prepare analytic of variance between the reporting periods and discrepancies between actuals and budget Processing with uploading data to the internal systems Reconciliations with HR and check the correctness of management and local accounts Prepare disclosures/breakdowns for Internal and External users in accurate and timely manner Participation in other ad hoc financial and management reports preparation Key Competencies & Qualifications We are looking for someone with a strong analytical and numerical background who demonstrates a keen desire to learn and develop. Candidate should have at least bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Major skills and knowledge: Basic knowledge of RAS and IFRS Knowledge of tax and accounting legislation of Russia Federation Multitasking, ability to meet deadlines Strong skills of Microsoft usage (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook) Self-starter and a good team player Prior experience in the same position is not a pre-requisite and although there is an element of accounting within the role, the successful candidate need not necessarily have previous experience of double-entry posting. Though we consider candidates from a wide range of backgrounds, audit experience in Big4 will be preferable.
