Senior analyst / Associate at Da Vinci Capital

Da Vinci Capital, an independent private equity fund manager with focus on emerging markets, is looking for a senior analyst / associate. Requirements: At least 2-3 years of work experience in private equity, venture capital, investment banking, corporate finance, valuation or management consulting; Completed BSc / MSc degree in Finance, Economics, Management or CFA level 1 for Maths/Physics degree; Excellent financial analysis, business modeling and valuation skills; Solid experience in dealing with transaction documentation including term sheets, NDAs, LOIs, etc. Excellent MS Office skills; Fluent English - both speaking and writing is a must; Solid work ethics and strong motivation; Ability to withstand pressure, effectively manage multiple workstreams with limited supervision and long working hours; Responsibilities: Origination, development and analysis of potential investment opportunities; Conducting market and company research; Preparation of the investment documents (teasers, information memorandums, presentations, term sheets); Financial modelling and valuation of potential targets; Preparation of regular reporting to investors, including presentations and newsletters; Active participation and assistance with deal executions; Assisting with fund management and new products structuring, communications with third-party consultants, bookkeeping and etc; Other ad-hoc tasks.
