Responsibilities:
Organize document flow related to the installation, maintenance Cash Management System; collect, check documents, empower persons authorized by customer etc;
Identify customer needs, formulate technical solutions;
Support clients on daily basis: clients help desk, call center;
Collect documents and coordinate processes related to accounts opening / closing, customer files renewal in accordance with the internal rules and policies;
Input and update clients data in banking systems;
Assist to employees of unit in the frame of activities related to Client;
Prepare and monitor reports related to the Customer Service activities;
Take part in updating and edition of internal procedures;
Participate in internal and external meetings and negotiations in scope of Customer Service functions;
Prepare presentations and other materials of the unit;
Interaction with inspecting organizations including but not limited to internal audit.
Requirements:
Relevant experience with mid / large clients;
Communication skills;
Knowledge of banking products;
English advanced.
