ANALYST / SENIOR ANALYST

Objectives: Search for relevant information about sectors, markets and companies as potential investment facilities; Financial and operational modelling; business evaluation and analysis of company financial statements; Preparation of presentations/memoranda for internal investment committees and external purposes; Budget/business plan analysis of portfolio companies; Training of new analysts in the requisite skills. Qualifications: University degree in Economics or Finance; 1-4 years experience in direct investment funds or investment banks; Competences: Strong modelling and analysis skills; Excellent presentation skills in Russian and English; High efficiency and ability to handle stress; Result-oriented and able to achieve objective on a tight schedule and also multitask; Proactivity, strong leadership skills, readiness to shoulder responsibility; Ability to interact effectively as a member of a multicultural international team; Experience in tackling challenges and excellent project organisation and planning skills; Fluent English.
