AA Ventures was created as an Investment Banking vehicle to provide FA services for the Asian companies that are looking to expand overseas as well as for the European companies that wish to enter Asian markets or look for a strategic partner or buyer from Asia. Our Investment Banking team has a good track-record completing complex cross-border assignments. Responsibilities Assist in the execution of on-going M&A transactions within the team Create and draft marketing presentations and memoranda for internal and external use Conduct company and industry research Develop financial models and valuation analysis Qualifications: Undergraduate / Master s degree from a top-tier university Minimum of 8-12 months of Investment Banking experience (experience in Technology would be helpful but is not necessary) Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking capability Strong written and verbal communication skills Goal-oriented, proactive and self-motivated Strong organizational skills Knowledge of basic accounting and financial concepts; ability to analyse and value businesses Good team player
