Analyst

Proxima Capital Group is a Moscow based independent investment firm that focuses on providing complex financial solutions, acting as both a principal and an adviser. We are a team of professionals experienced in investment banking, commercial banking, corporate finance and law.

We are looking for a financial analyst whose main responsibilities will be:

• Financial modelling and valuation
• Drafting of marketing materials (pitchbooks, teasers and information memorandums)
• Market research and data analysis

Key requirements:

• 1-3 year experience in investment banking / valuation / management consulting
• Sound understanding of corporate finance and financial reporting
• Experience in building financial models and drafting presentations from scratch
• Fluent English and Russian
• Ability to work long hours under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills
