Analyst

On this position, the new Analyst will have an opportunity to participate across all stages of various investment deals, including M&A transactions, capital raising, creation of JVs, financial and, to certain extent, strategic consulting. Moreover, we closely work on a creation of a captive private equity fund, and there is a possibility to be involved in investment management activities. We are ready to give lots of responsibility and client exposure to the new team member from the very beginning, but will require the Analyst to work on a few projects simultaneously, delivering expected results and meeting deadlines. Responsibilities Perform industry research and analysis Develop presentation materials, including pitch books, memoranda, presentations and similar documents Perform valuation analysis; build, develop and maintain financial models Support the team in all aspects of origination and execution of investment projects Proactively look for new project opportunities to be further developed by senior peers Skills and Experience 1-2 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, valuation or strategic consulting Higher education from a top-tier university, with major in economics or hard sciences Solid Excel and financial modeling skills, including valuation, M Excellent knowledge of Powerpoint and experience in development of presentation materials Fluent written and advanced oral English Ability to multitask and habit to meet deadlines Readiness and willingness to work overtime
