Analyst

Principal Accountabilities: completion and delivery of credit analysis (including cash flow models and analytical credit memos); leading diligence and modelling efforts with client as appropriate; preliminary recommendations to deal team on structuring and pricing deals; help with preparation of terms sheets; preparation of the full set of documents necessary for internal credit process; preparation of marketing materials for syndicating credit transactions. Key Competencies & Qualifications: previous experience in credit (Fixed Income, Leveraged finance, Credit or Credit Trading) and/or structuring in a recognized firm; strong analytical and financial / quantitative / modelling skills; pro-active with an ability to manage multiple projects; transaction experience; knowledge of Russian and English is required; strong interpersonal skills and an ability to operate in both structured and unstructured environments in large firms is also a must.
