Description

Responsibilities: Research on issuers, investors and market trends in order to identify business opportunities Work alongside the Head of DCM and ECM providing support with a basis of solid quantitative skills Responsible for managing a timetable with the ability to perform thorough Due diligence Preparing pitch presentations or developing mandates already won in readiness for marketing to take over the execution Throughout the equity issuance process, providing guidance to the client and banking team on timing, marketing and pricing of the transaction Preparing and giving briefings to sales on transactions Coordinating with other investment banks (syndicate members) on transactions During a transaction, helping to coordinate the transaction's team members, making sure all information is complete and passed on quickly Understanding of key points of legal documentation and comfort package. Required skills: Educated to Degree level in Economics or Quantitative discipline Addition post graduate degree preferred Excellent quantitative and technical reasoning skills Languages preferred specifically English and Russian Good working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word 3- 5 years at a Tier 1 institution in DCM/ECM role Deal management experience cross sector and cross geographies COMPETENCIES: Excellent understanding of Equity Capital Markets and M&A Strong writing, management, communication and influencing skills Highly motivated, dedicated, diligent and confident personality Excellent People management and Project Management skills Ability to think and work independently Ability to manage deliverables on concurrent projects Willingness to learn and take on increasing levels of responsibility
