Associate

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Origination and evaluation of M&A opportunities
• Preparation of teasers and information memorandums
• Managing analysts' work
• Preparation of financial models
• Participation in the preparation of transaction documents (term sheets, SPAs, APAs and other contracts)
• Due diligence coordination
• Participation in negotiations
• Pursuing and closing M&A deals according to set targets

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Higher Education in Economics or Finance in top Russian Universities (HSE, NES, MSU, FA, MGIMO are preferred)
• CFA Level 1 or 2 is a plus
• Master degree / MBA is a plus
• Excellent analytical skills
• Fluent English
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word

LIKELY / NECESSARY EXPERIENTIAL BACKGROUND:

• Over 3 years of experience in M&A, valuation or due diligence in BIG4 companies, investment banks or M&A advisory boutiques
