Job Description:

We are seeking brilliant candidates to join our Moscow office and work with us to help our clients think and perform innovatively and achieve their most challenging goals. We look for candidates who are creative thinkers - bold and unafraid, driven by a passion to help our clients innovate their business models and achieve excellence in existing ones. Successful candidates will need to demonstrate a blend of talents and skills, including intellectual ability, strong analytic skills, imagination and creativity, curiosity, ability to work in a team environment, high energy level, professional integrity, and leadership potential.

Additional attributes

• Undergraduate / Graduate degree from a top tier Business, Economics or Engineering university
• Outstanding academic, professional and extracurricular record of achievement
• Up to 5 years of work experience in industry/consulting
• Personal leadership, people management, change management qualities and strong communication skills
• Initiative, personal organization, motivation, and ownership of one’s work
• Business-level fluency in English, Russian is a must
• Prior consulting and entrepreneurial experience is a strong plus;
• Experience in product management, Agile and Design Thinking is a strong plus.
