Responsibilities:
Taking part in different stages of M&A projects
Carrying out financial analysis of company's historic results and projections, conducting industry research
Preparing and delivering financial models
Report writing and checking
Dealing with management and personnel of a client and a target company
Preparation of client deliverables, reports, proposals, contracts and other project-related documentation as well as marketing materials
Supervising work of junior staff, coaching and mentoring
To fill the role a candidate is expected to meet the following requirements:
Higher education in finance or economics
ACCA or CFA qualification is desirable
Work experience of not less than 3-5 years in corporate finance in M&A advisory in a foreign or Russian oil&gas company, Private Equity, CF practice of a Big 4 firm or large corporation
Track record of deals successfully closed
Experience in preparation of analytical documents: information memorandum, business plan, feasibility study, teaser etc.
Experience in financial models preparation
Experience of managing project teams
Deep industry knowledge (oil & gas)
Ability to quickly adapt to changing environment and various circumstances
An enquiring and creative mind, strong analytical skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills
Drive and creative problem solving
Good written and spoken English and Russian language;
