Brand Manager

American FMCG Company (household chemicals) is in the search of Brand Manager.


Responsibilities: Analyse category information (consumer research, retails audit) and recommend opportunities. Identify strategic opportunities and make recommendations. Manage ideation, Development and commercialisation of NPD s line extension and restage projects (including advertising and packaging development) together with global office and execute across CIS. Plan and execute promotional programs to maximize category performance. Make financial analysis of promo activities. Work on adaptations of global strategies and activities. Participate in advertising development. Build relationships with other sales team and functions for effective implementation of plans. Requirements: University degree preferably in economics and management required. 2-3 years of Marketing experience in FMCG environment in the position of JBM or BM, with exposure to brand planning, execution of promotions, financial analysis and budget management. Experience in the use of both qualitative and quantitative consumer research and retails audit, project management. Management execution (meet deadlines, quality of work). Influencing. Strong Interpersonal skills. Presentation and communication skills. Personal Ownership.
