Drive all business unit processes
Lead the sales team
P&L management
Manage all the sales channels of different product categories
Forecast and report about local sales volumes to head quarters
Close cooperation with General Manager and also with marketing and finance teams
Strategy negotiations with clients and global colleagues
Successful candidate`s profile:
Higher degree
Experience in consumer electronics company (brown goods)
Management experience (5+ subordinates)
Working experience on a sales strategy role minimum for 2 years
Ability to manage all commercial and operational processes
