Job description:Hospitals segment:Develop and Implement Operational Sales Hospital strategyComplete the market development activity plan and execute for the benefits of hospital business.In cooperation with sales manager assure the necessary stock level of the product in Russia for hospitalMap the territory, select the accounts and supply channel partners using the market knowledge, internal expertise (research data)Potential evaluation and Territory managementLead the KAM and CRC team:Set the targets and objective to each individual and partnershipbe responsible for their deliverables and resultsexecute the entire scope of Sales Management esp. Coaching, Teambuilding, and Motivation of the KAM and CRC Team in RussiaAssuring Clinical part of the strategy is implemented in the core regions and customer segmentsProvide the necessary marketing and sales tools to the KAM and CRC teamResponsible for the annual sales target defined in Russia in hospital channelInput in the annual strategic planning, forecast reviewsMaintain and develop the cooperation with and the relationship to key opinion leadersRetail Segment:Develop and implement Business strategy in Retail in Russia, development of the short and long term sales and marketing plansCo-responsible with Sales and Business Unit manager to set and achieve budget sales and contribution gross profit targets for the business in RussiaProduct promotion of products in Retail channel through distributors and directlyCo-responsible with Sales manager for development and maintenance of commodity distribution network:identification of potential distributors and building partnership in the promotion of Product in Retail.maintenance of goods in stock in retail segment, central and regional sub-distributors' warehouses, separate retail outlets.Track and analyses of monthly sales at all levels (sell in and sell out data for directs distributors, retail chains, sub-distributors and separate retail outlet)monthly forecasting and the annual budget processes, actual spending, monitoring, and deviation reporting (within the assigned territory)monthly data base and price change monitoring for retail chainsCoordination of outsource sale services (sales representatives, distributors and sub-distributors):Lead in outsource services mobilization;Workload planning, monitoring and work estimation of outsource services;Educate, train, and support for the successful perfomanceMaintain and build solid business relationship with strategic clients of national pharmaceutical chains, sub-distributors and separate retail outlets.Maintain and develop market and key customer expert knowledge in terms of quantitative (such as # of units used per product group, AUSP) and qualitative data (customer needs, competition, practices and applications)Client data base maintenance according inside rules and update it in time.Promo materials formation and distribution in retail channel workOrganize and co-ordinate new product launch activities in the retail channelSeek and influence in a structural way any additional support needed to maximize local MSS opportunities (HR, GR, Regulatory, admin, finance) Entire scope of Management esp.
