CFO GAAP

Major responsibilities include all aspects of the company's financial and management strategy including financial reporting, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, cash management, tax, overseeing admin function in all _ Russia & CIS offices and particularly: Build finance processes and procedures, internal controls and compliance (including SOX); Provide the budgeting and forecasting process against the budgets and business objectives for the short and longer term; Lead the process of the full set US GAAP monthly financial statements preparation and submission to the Headquarters; Tax evaluation, optimization and restructuring if relevant; Ensure compliance with the local tax rules and regulations; Act as an authorized agent for signing client contracts, purchasing contracts or any other relevant documents in the name of and on behalf of the company ( first signature authority); Develop and act as a project manager for various ad hoc financial projects in order to optimize financial processes and procedures; Manage relationships with tax authorities, auditors, banks and external consultants; Manage and coordinate Finance and Administration teams of 20+ people; Establish and monitor staff performance and development goals, assign accountabilities, set objectives, establish priorities, conduct annual performance review, and administer salary adjustments.
