Summary: To implement and control finance, administration and accounting processes to ensure transactions are properly recognized in Financial Statements in accordance with RAS, IFRS and Group internal policy.

Key responsibilities:
- To develop a fluent communication with Business Unit and other corporate areas, ensuring the adequate information exchange necessary for proper accounting recording of Company transactions.
- To develop and implement document work flows to ensure all primary documentation supporting transactions is received, analyzed and recorded properly in accounting system.
- To implement internal controls necessary to ensure the Company s compliance with Group internal policy and external requirements.
- To analyze finance data generated by different areas to ensure the quality of the services provided to stakeholders.
- To ensure all transactions recorded to Financial Statements have adequate supporting documentation.
- To supervise the homogenization of accounting procedures, processes and systems in order to increase the efficiency.
- To plan monthly, quarterly and annual closing in order to meet Corporate Reporting Deadlines, Tax and other statutory compliance requirements.
- To ensure the Company transactions are intervened to comply with internal policy requirements.
- To advise a Team under candidate s responsibility, to support with doubt solving, and to intervene for complicated operations.
- To plan and supervise documents preparation required by legal framework in place.
- To supervise the external audit and coordinate the participation of the rest of corporate areas.
Experience and skills:
Languagues: English advanced or higher;
Work experience in mining companies is a must (mineral extraction tax and transfer pricing);
Diploma in Accounting/Economics/Management, with deep knowledge of IFRS and RAS, internal controls, experienced team leader, experienced in SAP FI and MS Office package (Excel, Word, etc).
