Chief Accountant

Responsibilities:- Full accounting includes: accounting related issues including Corporate Accounting of the main commercial legal entity, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, treasury including intercompany activities, payroll and travel expense reporting areas;- Bookkeeping on a daily basis (invoices from suppliers, import of goods, issuance of selling documents, payroll, expense reports);- Closing and reporting, assure complete, timely and accurate reporting of local statutory, direct- and indirect tax reports to relevant local authorities;- Preparation and submitting statutory tax reporting, such as Profit tax, VAT, Property tax, Transportation tax, Annual report and Explanatory note for foreign companies;- Development of relationships with external service providers including auditors and tax authorities;- Support Finance Controller in processes and procedures on a global basis, support other areas of the business, such as logistics and customer relations.Requirements:- Higher education;- Minimum 5 years work experience as Chief Accountant / Deputy Chief Accountant, preferably in a small company;- Good knowledge of full accounting according to RAS and local tax legislation;- English knowledge - intermediate level (minimum);- Knowledge of 1C;- Results orientated, open minded, high level of energy and stamina.Conditions:- Monthly gross remuneration depends on the interview results;- Medical insurance;- Office location - South of Moscow;- Solo position (at the beginning), in future 1-2 subordinates.
