Chief Accountant

Responsibilities: Overall responsibility for book-keeping and accounting in accordance with RAS and IFRS of the Group of Companies - all areas. Control over RAP&Tax methodology, Accounting Policies development, implementation & application Control over Advance reports preparation by PA's and team assistant. Tax Accounting & Planning. Control over and responsibility for optimal tax position of the Companies in accordance with Russian Legislation: optimal balance between tax risks exposure & most efficient usage of resources. Control over Tax policy development, implementation & accurate application Planning & Coordination of audit in accordance with Russian Legislation requirements (Russian Auditors) Communication with Tax authorities Procession of payments Assistance in opening of bank accounts, set up of new legal entities within the Group from accounting side Salary accounting and procession Consulting with regard to tax optimization schemes Preparation of cash-flow actual report in 1C system on weekly basis, monitoring of cash-flow position of the Companies, identification of need of financing. Participation in automation process (1C) Requirements: High education in Finance/Economics Prior experience in similar role more than 3 years Excellent knowledge of 1C (advanced user) Excellent knowledge of current accounting and tax legislation, all new developments experience in application IFRS knowledge and experience desirable (DIPIFR certificate is a plus) Experience in automation of RAP and IFRS accounting modules is a plus English good working level (oral & written) Experience in investment companies is a plus Good organizational skills Time-management skills & self-motivation Strong communication skills Analytical skills, systematic view, active problem-solver Compensation: Competitive salary, annual bonus, mobile, medical insurance Please note: As we receive a high volume of applications every day regretfully we are only able to respond to appropriate candidates who will be contacted within two weeks.
