Chief Financial Officer/CFO

Responsibilities: ​Responsibility for the establishment and management of the finance, accounting and financial control and compliance functions, according to the law, and local company policies, local regulations and international IFRS; ​ Responsibility for monitoring of the economic environment, coordination of the process of the company annual budget and control over budgetary performance, monthly forecasting and for strategic planning periodic update; ​Responsibility for treasury, cash management, exchange rates, management of the financial risks and proposal of measures of its protection and working capital management; Planning and management of state tax issues including: following the changes in legislation, contacts with Corporate Finance, tax and legal counsels and authorities, suggesting measures for tax optimization and tax filling compliance; Responsibility for coordination of financial activities between local company and HQ; Responsibility for preparation of financial reports and accounting practices and managerial reporting and maintenance of compliance practices; Responsibility for the company legal matters together with the in-house and external lawyers; Lead, oversee and present economic and financial feasibility studies of projects and investments; Participate together with other executives in any M Direct subordinates departments: Finance, Accounting, IT, Programming, Legal Requirements: Qualifications: Recognized MBA, with very good Russian and International accounting understanding (CPA preferred), with good business understanding and economics in general; Experience: 5 years experience at the same positon at international FMCG Company; Languages: Must be fluent in spoken, written and technical language English.
