Chief specialist of new projects department

Responsibilities: Participation in preparation and execution of international projects, international deals (NPV, IRR, financial models checking, deals estimation, market analysis) in the sphere of LNG, shale gas and upstream gas projects worldwide except Europe Strategy of the affilited companies Dealing with international foreign authorities regarding the oil&gas joint venture (GR) Cooperation with international partners and control of the execution of the project by the affiliate or a joint venture Analytical work Requirements: Higher education in economics, finance, corporate finance Over 4 years of experience as a project manager in M&A and corporate finance sphere or in strategy consulting Experience with oil&gas sphere Fluent English is a must Other information: The position is opened within a major oil & gas company The department is dealing with new JVs, companies worldwide except Europe including LNG and Shale gas projects
