Consultant - Financial Services Industry - Consulting

Being a part of an experienced team you will have the opportunity to work on challenging consulting projects for major Russian and multinational banks. The role will include: Delivering operational transformation projects ‑ ranging from organizational structure reengineering to performance improvement and cost reduction Business-analysis and preparing project recommendations and documents Participating in Financial Services practical knowledge and methodology development To be considered you should possess: Professional work experience within consulting or industry (strictly in one of the departments: Strategy, Organizational development, Performance management, Business-analysis, Methodology, Internal audit, Project management) Experience in business-processes description/modeling/analysis, performance analysis, internal documentation development (regulations, guidelines, analytical reports, business-requirements etc.) Work experience in commercial banks (TOP-50) is a strong plus Experience in project work is a plus A high degree of self-motivation, drive and ambition, high self-discipline and time-management, good team-player Excellent communication skills, strong analytical and research skills Ability to travel ~30-40% of working time Ability to work long hours when needed English ‑ fluent/advanced
