Consultant / Senior Consultant to Valuation and Strategy group (real estate and fixed assets)

Services provided by department: Financial modelling: strategic modelling; corporate modelling; operational modeling Mergers and Acquisitions Support Business plan development Business valuation services Intangible Assets Valuation Purchase Price Allocation services Real Option Valuations Fairness Opinions Education, experience and skills requirements: Higher education (Russian or equivalent) in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Sciences or Engineering 1+ years work experience in the valuation (involvement in the projects on the valuation of fixed assets: Real Estate and Machinery and Equipment) Ongoing participation in and / or completion of one of the following professional qualifications is an advantage: ASA, RICS, ACCA, RSV (Russian statutory valuation certificates - SMAO, ROO) Comprehensive theoretical and working knowledge of valuation theory Proven experience in coaching and leading project teams of between 1 and 3 people Practical experience in report writing and the preparation of electronic presentations using MS Applications Preparation proposals, presentations, information MEMO Practical working knowledge of MS Excel and the ability to structure and build complex financial models / business plans Knowledge of general valuation principles and standards, specifically IFRS, IVS Knowledge of general accounting principles, specifically IFRS Strong numerical & financial analytical skills and knowledge Russian native/fluent, English Upper-Intermediate Soft skills: Ability to operate in multitask environment Strong presentation skills Availability for overtime work and tough deadlines Willingness to travel (Russia and abroad) Business writing skills (both in Russia and in English)
