What the job involves:

You will be at the heart of the team that provides investment advice from in-depth market analysis and portfolio structuring support to investment strategy advice and underwriting expertise. Your scope of responsibility will include:

• Real estate investment projects analysis (financial modelling);
• Drafting debt and equity memoranda, any other marketing materials;
• Supporting team members in handling clients’ accounts;
• Developing and maintaining contacts in investment and real estate communities.

Sounds like the job you're looking for? Before you apply it's also worth knowing that we're looking for a strong team player with:

• University degree in Finance / Economics (degree in Real Estate would be an advantage);
• Fluent English (both written and oral);
• Excellent financial modelling skills and overall knowledge of Excel (experience in data analysis and modelling);
• Good understanding of corporate finance principles;
• Sound knowledge of Russian tax/legal system;
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis and/or real estate.
