Consultant/Senior Consultant (Strategic Consulting team)

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join the Strategic Consulting team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to join a well established and market leading team, which works extensively with public and private developers, city authorities, investors and land owners to help them optimize the returns from their new and existing real estate developments.

What we do:

• We help to define concept of real estate object, reduce risks and enhance the project success. We work at the very early stages of planning a project or for an existing property which requires an analysis of commercial concept;
• We develop strategies as for single sites, as well as entire city districts. Our experts help clients to fully realise their objectives set for individual project;
• To strike the right balance between risk, cost and opportunity, the Strategic Consulting team performs rigorous financial feasibility studies and real-time market analysis;
• We help clients to achieve the most appropriate project form, recommend optimal implementation terms, taking into account market conditions, local regulations and funding considerations;
• We provide advice on different types of uses: offices, retail, residential, industrial and logistics, transport hubs, airports, parking, social facilities, leisure parks. Everything excluding hotels which is covered by our Hotels team.

What the job involves:

Developing real estate solutions for various JLL clients will be central to your role. This involves:

• interaction with clients and working with JLL Strategic Consulting team memebers;
• performing rigorous financial feasibility studies and real-time market analysis to strike the right balance among risk, cost and opportunity.

You will assess the most appropriate form, timing and positioning for development taking into account market conditions, local regulations and funding considerations. As part of the job you'll take part in client meeting, manage clients expectations, do project presentations and business trips.

• 2+ years of experience in a consulting or analytical job
• Fluent spoken and written English
