Consultant/Senior Consultant, Transfer Pricing group

Projects:

• Transfer pricing analysis of intra-group transactions performed within the Russian and foreign Group of companies
• Identification of transfer pricing risks
• Preparation of transfer pricing documentation
• Structuring of intra-group transactions in compliance with the Russian transfer pricing and tax legislation and international principles

Responsibilities:

• Development of solutions for clients in the area of transfer pricing and tax (including analysis of current Russian transfer pricing legislation, follow-up of amendments into the current transfer pricing rules, analysis of court practice, international transfer pricing principles etc)
• Development of marketing materials, proposals for transfer pricing services for clients, preparation of presentation materials for external and internal trainings in the area of transfer pricing
• Organization of the work under the projects
• Control over financials
• Manage and evaluate performance of junior staff

To fill the role the candidate is expected to meet the following requirements:

• Higher education
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Auditing / Tax / Transfer Pricing
• Extensive transfer pricing knowledge (including OECD principles)
• Good knowledge of Russian tax and civil legislation
• Fluent Russian
• Good communication skills
• Ability to supervise several projects simultaneously
