Projects:
- Transfer pricing analysis of intra-group transactions performed within the Russian and foreign Group of companies
- Identification of transfer pricing risks
- Preparation of transfer pricing documentation
- Structuring of intra-group transactions in compliance with the Russian transfer pricing and tax legislation and international principles
Responsibilities:
- Development of solutions for clients in the area of transfer pricing and tax (including analysis of current Russian transfer pricing legislation, follow-up of amendments into the current transfer pricing rules, analysis of court practice, international transfer pricing principles etc)
- Development of marketing materials, proposals for transfer pricing services for clients, preparation of presentation materials for external and internal trainings in the area of transfer pricing
- Organization of the work under the projects
- Control over financials
- Manage and evaluate performance of junior staff
To fill the role the candidate is expected to meet the following requirements:
- Higher education
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Auditing / Tax / Transfer Pricing
- Extensive transfer pricing knowledge (including OECD principles)
- Good knowledge of Russian tax and civil legislation
- Fluent Russian
- Good communication skills
- Ability to supervise several projects simultaneously
