Corporate Finance Manager

Oil and gas group of companies (downstream) is looking for a Corporate Finance Manager

Description

Main responsibilities:

• Oversee and develop financial models
• Cash flow planning and cash gap management
• Cooperate with banks and other financial institutions regarding loan facilities and bank guarantees
• Preparation of presentation materials for various stakeholders (investors, shareholders, government authorities etc.)
• Perform financial and valuation analysis for different initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Economics
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills
• Understanding of IFRS standards
• Participation in the CFA program is a strong plus
• Previous oil and gas experience is a plus
• English: upper-intermediate
