Customer Experience Executive (Intern)


The successful candidate will be involved in customer service quality management program across Russia & CIS.







Description

Daily duties include: Conducting customer interviews covering operations of all client-facing departments across the region, from sales and marketing to support of existing customers and billing Identifying areas which have potential for improvement Assisting in implementation of enhancement initiatives in different departments Assistance in preparation of presentations for senior management team Working with CRM platform and maintenance of high quality of customer-related data Support of day-to-day business operations within client specialists department This position is based in Moscow, Petrovka Street 5 (Berlin House Business Centre). We are looking for a person with the following qualities: Strong communication skills: phone, face-to-face, email Good organizational skills Keen on data analysis and research Good conversational and written English Knowledge of main MS Office applications with particular focus on Power Point and Excel Ability to structure presentation documents, focusing on key messages with clear supporting details and analysis Preferably background in financial markets
